§  :The data were generated using the i) GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler (DSP) platform developed by Nanostring Technologies. GeoMx analysis utilizes in situ RNA hybridization with Whole Atlas Transcriptome probe (Nanostring) and ii) HTG platform (Immune Response kit) Our dataset comprises samples from donors categorized as HLposHIVnegEBVneg, HLposHIVposEBVpos, or HLposHIVnegEBVpos (HL: Hodgkin Lymphoma). Regions of interest (ROI) were spatially profiled to capture distinct molecular signatures associated with these donor categories.
