资源简介:
The NEDO full-length human cDNA sequencing project involves a large-scale collection and sequencing of full-length cDNAs with the support of NEDO. In 2001, about 160,000 clones were isolated from more than 20 full-length enriched human cDNA libraries made by the "Oligo-capping" method. Their 5'-end sequences were determined. Approximately 10,000 putatively full-length cDNAs were selected using these sequence data. The entire sequence of the selected clones was also determined. This project will continue for another 2 years with the aim to determine the sequence of an additional 20,000 full-length cDNA clones. The NEDO project (FLJ sequences) is a joint program of three clone distributors: The University of Tokyo (Dr. S. Sugano); Helix Research Institute (Dr. T. Isogai); and Kazusa DNA Research Institute.
