Co-treatment with soluble CD74 and MIF induced necroptosis in cardiac myofibroblasts. The underlying mechanism of sCD74/MIF-induced necroptosis are still unkown. We used a microarray to identify pathways regulated by co-treatment with sCD74 and MIF . Primary isolated cardiac fibroblasts (1-7 days old) differentiated into myofibroblasts were treated with carrier, sCD74, MIF or sCD74/MIF for 8 hours. 12 samples were analysed: n=3 per group.
