Soil microbiome metagenomic sequencing

Metagenome sequencing was used to evaluate the effects of different continuous cropping treatments on the soil microbiome of Dictyophora rubra, and to explore the changing patterns of microbial communities during continuous cropping in order to provide a certain scientific basis for alleviating the continuous cropping obstacles of Dictyophora rubrovalvata.
