Community Hand Tool Program Request Form form

This form was created by the City of Dallas' Office of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (DBI) for use by Code Compliance's (CCS) Keep Dallas Beautiful campaign. It allows residents to request lawn and tree care equipment to borrow from the City of Dallas, supporting their efforts to maintain and beautify their properties and neighborhoods. Once a resident submits the form, an email notification is automatically sent through Power Automate to both the Keep Dallas Beautiful team ([e-mail]) and the resident’s email. This efficient process ensures that the resident’s request is processed quickly and accurately, streamlining the coordination of equipment loans. By utilizing this form, residents have easy access to the tools needed for maintaining their green spaces, contributing to cleaner, more attractive communities.
