Data for impact of artificial intelligence application on electric vehicle adoption

With the increasingly severe global energy and environmental problems and the proposal of China's "dual carbon" target, it has become a consensus for electric vehicles (EVs) to replace traditional fuel vehicles and spread globally. In the context of the digital economy, artificial intelligence (AI) is widely used in the field of EVs. Therefore, we use the panel data of 28 representative cities in China from 2010 to 2019, adopt the fixed effect model, and incorporate AI application, to explore the impact of AI application, number of charging piles, financial subsidies, population density, purchasing power, range anxiety, resale anxiety and other influencing factors on the adoption of EVs.
