Major subjects have their own sections (eg. AFULE, Engines, Passes). For each letter only the following details are given: Date of letter; Progressive Number; From; and Subject. The relationship (if any) of this volume to Series 12887 is not clear. It may be a form of index to a register of Miscellaneous correspondence not held by State Records.
