Reports, including the satisfaction of requests for information for 2018

The most universal type of reports are reports on the implementation of the work plan / activity for the quarter, half a year, reports on the satisfaction of requests for information, reports on consideration of citizens' appeals, etc. Economic entities of the state and municipal sectors of the economy are obliged to publish annual reports of the supervisory board (if it is created) and managers in accordance with Articles 73, 78, 90 of the Commercial Code of Ukraine. This set is not recommended to include financial and budget reporting, reporting provided by the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" and the Law of Ukraine "On Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Sphere of Economic Activity".
