There are several horse-drawn vehicles parked on the sides of the road, and there is a bicycle parked in the foreground at right. The sidewalks lining the road are crowded with pedestrians. There are tall buildings on both sides of the street, although those on the left are taller.; Legible signs include, from left to right, "Wholesale Tailors", "Automatic Theatre", "The Emporium", "Parrott & Co. Merchandise Brokers", and "A. L. Haley Architect".
