To delete EED from NSPCs and their progeny, we created
Eedf/f;hGFAP-Cre+ (hereafter referred to as cKO) by crossing
Eedf/f with hGFAP-Cre transgene mice.The morphology of hippocampal DG region was analyzed by frozen section staining, and the expression of various cells in hippocampal region was analyzed by immunostaining.The downstream target genes were identified by RNA-seq and functional cluster analysis.ChIP-qPCR was used to prove that EED can directly regulate downstream target genes.The effective target gene was proved by functional recovery experiment.
