This dataset contains the raw qPCR records for Sirt1 expression in peripheral blood of neurosurgery patients receiving valproate prophylaxis. Samples include 235 training (T001–T235) and 68 validation (V001–V068) subjects, each measured at baseline, 2 weeks, and 8 weeks. For each time point, Ct values of Sirt1 and ACTB (housekeeping control), ΔCt, ΔΔCt, and relative expression (2^-ΔΔCt) are provided. The data were generated on an Applied Biosystems 7500 Real-Time PCR System using Takara TB Green Premix Ex Taq II (Lot CN830) in 20 µL reactions, with technical triplicates and negative controls. Primer sequences and PCR efficiencies are provided in the metadata file.<br>The long-format CSV expands each sample/timepoint/target into three replicate rows; as original per-well export files are currently unavailable, replicate rows are marked with <code>Reconstructed_from_single_Ct=True</code> to indicate reconstruction from study logs. All subject IDs are de-identified.<br>This dataset supports the manuscript "Construction and Validation of an XGBoost Model for Predicting Postoperative Epileptic Seizure Risk in Neurosurgery Based on Sodium Valproate Blood Concentration and Dynamic Expression of Sirt1".
