In our study titled "RETSAT impairs cancer cell’s ferroptosis defence system by altering retinoid metabolism", we compared the gene expression pattern and abundance of lipids between Cas-NC and RETSAT-KO A549 cells treated with DMSO, IKE, or RSL3 using RNA-Seq and pseudotargeted lipidomic analysis respectively. The gene expression patterns of Cas-NC and RETSAT-KO were also investigated by RNA-Seq in HT1080 and H1299.
