Utilizing the Python programming language, we have implemented Morris's algorithm to compute the Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR-G), with the objective of replicating the outputs generated by the Washington CDR Calculator, accessible at https://naccdata.org/data-collection/tools-calculators/cdr/). The attached table (csv file) contains all possible inputs and outputs for the CDR global score (GCDR) and CDR sum of boxes (CDR-SB).
