NRS-18510 | Valuation Books [Hay Municipal Council]

This series records the valuation of properties as assessed by the Hay Municipal Council. Each year, each local council was required to set the level of, and collect rates in respect of all rateable properties within the municipality.These valuation books contain the following information: the name and address of both the owner and occupier, county, street name, parish, subdivision, riding, unimproved value, improved value, assessed annual value and date and initials of valuers.
