资源简介:
Justification: There is a growing concern with the healthy and active vehicle. This is due to the phenomenon of population aging, increasingly growing in society (OPAS, 2020). Successful aging does not start in old age, but is a process that encompasses a lifetime, as it is characterized by a process that allows achieving certain personal goals successfully managed throughout life and revolves around the preservation of autonomy, independence and functional capacity. (ALEXANDRE, et al., 2022; THAINES, 2022). Therefore, for the construction of a successful aging, it is understood that the functional capacity or functionality of the elderly is fundamental in an expanded concept of health, which understands that people are and do what they value (BITTENCOURT et al., 2017). However, for the elderly to maintain functionality in their daily lives, the cognitive component is an essential factor, since problems of this order started with a decline in functional capacity and quality of life (MEDEIROS, 2021). Memory is among the cognitive components that are stimulated in the elderly patient, realizing that there is a more consistent response when this stimulus is associated with affections, loaded with feelings (THAINES, 2022; CALLEFI; ICHIKAWA, 2019). The occupational therapist can conduct individual or group interventions with the elderly, focusing on strategies that improve performance in mnemonic tasks and in daily activities that require greater cognitive demand. In this way, this professional helps to reduce the impact of cognitive decline in daily activities, contributes to the maintenance of independence and autonomy of the elderly and to the improvement of their cognitive and functional aspects, which contributes to the quality of life (ALVES et al ., 2020). In view of the above, this investigation proves to be relevant for expanding knowledge on this subject, based on what has been produced in the scientific environment, to support and guide the interventions of professionals who serve this clientele, to strengthen ties with their families and , mainly, to promote the quality of life and functionality of the elderly, through resources that stimulate their cognitive functions. Objective: To build and validate a cognitive stimulation resource for the elderly that associates memory with affective themes. Method: A scope review will be carried out, using the framework designed by Arksey & Amp; O'Malley (2005), whose methodology is appropriate for quickly mapping the key concepts that support an area of knowledge, the main sources and types of evidence available, in order to understand how a given field has been constituted and what gaps present- if they demand future research (MELO et al., 2021; FARIAS; LOPES, 2022). To build the research's guiding question, the PCC strategy will be used, a mnemonic that helps to identify the key topics population, context and concept (THE JOANNA BRIGGS INSTITUTE, 2011). This strategy can be carried out through a conversion of the research question and must answer the following questions (ARAÚJO, 2020, p.123): P - Who makes up and what are the characteristics of the population to be researched? (elderly people) C - What is the central issue to be examined? (benefits attributed to games); C - What specific details are related to the population? (Occupational Therapy/Cognitive Stimulation). Research question: Therefore, the guiding question of this study is characterized by: "What are the benefits attributed to games for cognitive stimulation, applied to the elderly public?" Selection criteria: The following inclusion criteria will be adopted for the bibliographic survey: articles in Portuguese, English and Spanish, published between the years 2018 to 2023. Studies that meet the guiding question will be included, which may be: observational (cohort), experimental (clinical trial) ), descriptive and/or baseline studies, in addition to gray literature productions. Literature search: To this end, searches will be carried out in journals indexed in the Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), Web of Science (WOS) and Scopus Elsevier ( SCOPUS), respecting the specificities of each one of them. To build the search strategy, Decs/Mesh descriptors will be used, using the descriptors “occupational therapy”, “memory” and “aged”, and their synonyms in Portuguese, as well as the Boolean operator “AND” responsible for informing the search system of the combined terms. Study selection: After listing the bases, developing an extraction form, applying a pilot test to the form in one of the bases with application of the inclusion criteria used, duplicate studies will be excluded and the title and abstract reading will begin to fit the strategy chosen by two independent reviewers and a decision reviewer, then selecting those eligible for full reading. To manage the database, the Rayyan® facilitator software will be used, which consists of a management system with tools that help in the process of identifying duplicate articles, authors, year of publication and general categorization of data by exporting the data. files; it also allows attribution of concepts of acceptance or rejection, according to defined criteria, ensuring the blind process that the bind on feature of the system offers (OLIVEIRA; MACHADO; MOREIRA, 2023). Data extraction: For the data extraction of the selected studies, a specific script will be used to collect information on the identification of the original article, the study's methodological characteristics, the assessment of methodological rigor and of the results found. Evaluation of the studies: It will happen through the analysis and descriptive and thematic grouping of articles for subordinates of the strategy chosen by two independent reviewers and a decision reviewer, then selecting those eligible for full reading. The descriptive analysis is able to identify the extent, nature and distribution of the studies, the context and the results of the practice. The thematic analysis aims to observe the main themes addressed in the articles. The steps will be elaborated interactively, through discussions between the authors. Analysis and synthesis of results: The presentation of data extracted from the studies selected for the scope review will be descriptive, through the production of a summary table, which will include information regarding identification (authors, type of study, country and language of publication, magazine), objective, main results and conclusions found in each one of them, which can be grouped in thematic categories. The discussion of the results will be based on publications related to the subject.
