Assets under management of Vanguard 1975-2024

Vanguard's total assets under management (AUM) increased more than eightfold in the roughly two decades since 2005, reaching a value of 8.6 trillion U.S. dollars. While a truly staggering sum of money, it is still two trillion U.S. dollars less than the AUM held by BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager.
