Dataset for Leeuwis et al. (2024)

This dataset supports the main conclusions of the manuscript by Leeuwis et al. (2024) submitted to Journal of Experimental Biology. The dataset consists of the following files:

CTmax_data.xlsx and CTmax_metadata.xlsx which contain CTmax data for both wrasse and cod;

Respirometry_data.xlsx and Respirometry_metadata.xlsx which contain respirometry data for cod;

Raw respirometry recordings for cod in 17 individual files named Resp_Fish01_Cold.csv etc.;

Donor_data.xlsx and Donor_metadata.xlsx which contain data incl. T3 levels for donor cod.
