Real and simulated copy number profiles for evaluating impact of bin size on tumor cell phylogeny reconstruction

This repository contains the following data generated from 3 real (previously published) and 20 simulated low-coverage single cell DNA sequencing datasets from tumors. Copy number profiles inferred using several different bin sizes and two different copy number profile inference methosds. Tumor cell phylogenies reconstructed using two different methods applied to the above copy number profiles. Ground truth tumor cell phylogenies for the simulated datasets.
