Creating a suprazyme: integrating a molecular enzyme mimic with a nanozyme for enhanced catalysis

This data set describes NMR spectra, UV-VIS spectra, MS HR spectra, TGA plots, DLS measurements, ITC measurements and TEM image of AuMUS. NMR data contain information on the synthesis of aldehyde, spectra of pKa measurements and spectra of complexation for the substrate alone and when combined with CB7(and AuMUS). UV-VIS data describe the progress of the oxime formation reaction when the substrate is alone and also in the presence of CB7 or AuMUS or when these components are combined. MS HR data show spectra of the synthesized compounds. TGA data describe spectra of AuMUS, AuTMA and AuPEG. ITC measurements demonstrate binding between the two components: CB7 with substrate, CB7 with AuMUS, AuMUS with substrate. DLS measurements show the hydrodynamic size of the AuMUS themselves, as well as AuMUS with CB7.The collection includes files presenting NMR spectra of the synthesised and tested substances, these can be Proton(1) or Carbon(13) NMR spectra. These files are readable with the commercial software MestreNova.
