Logistics Service Quality and the Price Fairness Paradox: Dataset and Supplementary Materials

Anonymised dataset (n = 326), bilingual codebook, survey instrument, and analytical files for the study "Logistics Service Quality and the Price Fairness Paradox: Unpacking Satisfaction's Mediating Boundaries in Cross-border E-commerce." Data were collected via online survey from cross-border e-commerce consumers in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, between 1 September and 15 November 2025 (response rate: 72.4%; 326 valid responses out of 450 received). The dataset supports replication of the PLS-SEM analyses reported in the manuscript, including the measurement model (Cronbach alpha, composite reliability, AVE, HTMT, Fornell-Larcker discriminant validity) and the structural model (path coefficients, R-squared, f-squared, mediation tests). The repository contains:- The fully anonymised dataset (n = 326 valid responses, 42 measurement items across 8 latent constructs, plus categorical demographic indicators) in .xlsx and .csv formats.- A bilingual (Vietnamese-English) codebook documenting all variable definitions, coding schemes, and source citations for the measurement scales.- The bilingual survey instrument in tabular Likert format including the informed-consent statement, three screening questions, and all 42 measurement items with their 5-point anchors.- The SPSS data file used for descriptive statistics, data screening, and demographic profile generation.- A README documenting the deposit contents, replication workflow, and license terms. Ethics: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki (1964; revised 2013), the Belmont Report (1979), and would qualify as exempt research under the United States Common Rule (45 CFR §46.104(d)(2)). Vietnamese national regulation Circular 04/2020/TT-BYT applies only to biomedical research and is therefore out of scope. No personally identifiable information was collected at any stage of the research. Note on materials not in this deposit: The institutional academic-supervision letter (Official Document No. 32/KH-TMDL) referenced in the manuscript's Ethics statement is not included here because it names student researchers who are not co-authors of this manuscript and have not consented to public disclosure of their personal information.
