Transcriptome of total and mitochondrial extracts from Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings (WT and fmt mutant)

The project aims to identify mRNAs in total and mitochondrial extracts of Arabidopsis wild-type (WT) and mutant (fmt; insertion in AT3G52140) lines. The experiment was done with three biological replicates, that is, 3X [mitochondrial and total extracts of WT and of FMT].(total of 12 samples)A. thaliana Col0 and fmt mutant (SALK_056717) seedlings were grown 8 days in liquid MS231 medium complemented with 0.5 g/L MES and 2.5 % (w/v) sucrose.
