Business Improvement Areas

Business Improvement Areas (BIA) are an association of businesses within a specified geographic area which join together, with official approval of the City, in a "self-help" capacity aimed at stimulating local business.商业改善区（Business Improvement Areas，缩写BIA）是指在指定地理区域内的商业主体联合组建的协会，该组织须经所在城市官方批准，以“自助”模式开展运营，旨在促进本地商业发展。
