Data for: Examining the Effect of Social Distancing on the Compound Growth Rate of SARS-CoV-2 at the County Level (United States) Using Statistical Analyses and a Random Forest Machine Learning Model

(1) counties that had confirmed cases of COVID-19 before March 16 guidelines and experienced a SIP order at least three days after March 16 (186 counties, referred to as wSIP)(Counties with SIP.csv); (2) counties that had confirmed cases before March 16 and experienced no SIP order (60 counties, referred to as noSIP) (Counties without SIP.csv).(1) 于3月16日防疫指南发布前已出现COVID-19确诊病例，且在3月16日后至少三天实施了居家避疫令（SIP）的县，共计186个，记为wSIP，对应数据集文件为《Counties with SIP.csv》；(2) 于3月16日前已出现COVID-19确诊病例但未实施居家避疫令（SIP）的县，共计60个，记为noSIP，对应数据集文件为《Counties without SIP.csv》
