Description of the samples used in an "Improving 3D macromolecule orientation determination based on polarized IR chemical imaging by optimization of scattering removal algorithms" project

Submitted files contain descriptions of tissues and polymer samples used in a Preludium-18 grant entitled "Improving 3D macromolecule orientation determination based on polarized IR chemical imaging by optimization of scattering removal algorithms". The following samples were used in the mentioned project: PA2081b pancreatic tissue microarray, PA2072a pancreatic tissue microarray, single tissue core (L1) coming from breast tissue microarray BR2085d, PCL sferulit sample, PLA sferulit sample and PCL fiber sample.
