Expression data from miR-142 WT and KO spleen and bone marrow

miR-142 is critical for the presence of NK cells in the periphery. Global gene expression analysis of bone marrow and splenic NK cells WT and KO spleen and bone marrow NK cells were subjected to RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. We sought to identify the genes differentially expressed that might contribute to our phenotype.
