BAT obtained from embryos at E14.5, E15.5 or E16.5 of C57Bl6J mice used to prepare RNA which was then processed for analysis using MoGene-2_1-st Affymetrix microarrays according to standard procedures. For each stage, 3 independent preparations containing BAT of 3 embryos were performed and used to prepare RNA which was then processed for analysis using MoGene-2_0-st Affymetrix microarrays according to standard procedures.
