Overactivation of notch1 signaling in uterine epithelium

We show that the overexpression of N1ICD in the epithelium also results in infertility as a consequence of abnormal differentiation between luminal epithelium (LE) and glandular epithelium (GE), including excessive proliferation in LE and increased response to estrogen in GE.
