在拆解国外进口盾构机主轴承的基础上,结合盾构机实际服役工况,通过计算机数值模拟,统筹考虑受力状况、材料特性,优化设计了盾构机主轴承结构;开发了无软带、整体式表面淬火技术,实现了淬硬层应力小、变形小、组织均匀的控制;实现了金属组件微变形、无烧伤、梯度组织控制,确保盾构机主轴承的表面完整性。在此基础上,形成了盾构机主轴承的自主结构设计能力,完成了Φ3m以及Φ6-8m盾构机主轴承的加工与装配,实现了盾构机主轴承的自主可控制造,其实际服役寿命达到国际先进水平。本数据集主要包括:盾构机主轴承研究报告、盾构机主轴承制造及装配过程、盾构机主轴承出厂文件以及装配完成的盾构机主轴承。

Based on the disassembly of imported foreign shield machine main bearings, combined with the actual service conditions of shield machines, the structural design of shield machine main bearings was optimized via computer numerical simulation, with comprehensive consideration of stress states and material properties. A no-soft-zone integral surface hardening technology was developed, enabling precise control over small stress, minimal deformation and uniform microstructure of the hardened layer. Additionally, the control of micro-deformation, burn-free processing and gradient microstructure for metal components was realized, ensuring the surface integrity of shield machine main bearings. On this basis, independent structural design capabilities for shield machine main bearings were established. The machining and assembly of 3-meter diameter and 6-8 meter diameter shield machine main bearings were completed, achieving autonomous controllable manufacturing of shield machine main bearings, whose actual service life has reached the international advanced level. This dataset mainly includes: research reports on shield machine main bearings, manufacturing and assembly processes of shield machine main bearings, factory release documents of shield machine main bearings, and finished and assembled shield machine main bearings.
