Isolation and long-term expansion of adult SOX9+ renal epithelial cells with efficient kidney regeneration capacity

We performed analysis of the CNV from whole genome sequencing (WGS) data. Blood samples were collected from urine sample donors with signed consents and compensation. WGS was performed on genomic DNA isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells and the corresponding human SOX9+ RECs. Whole-genome copy number variation (CNV) profiling revealed a very limited spectrum of somatic chromosomal copy number changes existed in the long-term cultured RECs.
