Sepsis-induced changes in membrane expression of GIRK1, GIRK4, CaV1.3, and HCN4 in murine sinoatrial node pacemaker cells.

Data sets include standardized immunofluorescence membrane levels of GIRK1, GIRK4, CaV1.3 and HCN4 in mock (CTRL) and Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) - treated sinoatrial pacemaker cells (SAN) isolated from mice. Intraperitoneal LPS injection was used to induce sepsis. After 6h, SAN cells were dissociated and plated onto poly-l-lysine-coated glass coverslips with 18-mm diameter at plating density of 25 to 30 cells/100 µL and processed for quantitative fluorescence immunolabelling.
