Results of Wilcoxon rank sum tests comparing metagenomic read recruitment metrics for every pairwise combination of reference type (default, single-cell genomes only, combined) and test dataset. Two sheets are present in the file, reflecting the results from two different taxonomic classifiers (sourmash and MIDAS). Tests on sourmash results were paired, while those on MIDAS results were unpaired.
