Results of Wilcoxon rank sum tests comparing metagenomic read recruitment metrics for every pairwise combination of reference type (default, single-cell genomes only, combined) and test dataset. Two sheets are present in the file, reflecting the results from two different taxonomic classifiers (sourmash and MIDAS).
