Petrolisthes manimaculis (chocolate porcelain crab)

RNA-seq Illumina PE 100bp of gill tissue. Each library is an individual crab that was held for 1 (naive) or 14 (acclimated) days under control or variable conditions. Control conditions were constant temperature (11 +/- 0.5C) and pH (8.1+/- 0.1) and variable conditions were a daily temperature spike to 28C during low tide emersion (ramp rate of 3.4C/h over 5 h, from 11:00-16:00) and a daily pH drop to 7.55 during high tide (02:00-09:00). Tissue samples for RNA-seq analysis were collected following the pH-drop at 09:00.
