Code and data files for figure generation

R code and data files to generate figures presented in Bolnick et al "A multivariate view of the speciation continuum". The datasets for birds (birdspn.csv), frogs (frogspn.csv), lepidoptera (lepspn.csv) came from Dan Funk and Patrik Nosil arising from their 2005 paper. The dataset for Drosophila (Dros.csv) was from Roman Yukilevich, with modifications added to his 2012 publication dataset as described in the Supplementary Materials to the Bolnick et al paper. The plant database (plantspn.csv) was supplied by Leonie Moyle.本数据集包含用于复现Bolnick等人《物种形成连续体的多变量视角》（*A multivariate view of the speciation continuum*）一文中配图的R代码与数据文件。其中鸟类数据集（birdspn.csv）、蛙类数据集（frogspn.csv）、鳞翅目数据集（lepspn.csv）源自Dan Funk与Patrik Nosil 2005年发表的研究论文。果蝇数据集（Dros.csv）源自Roman Yukilevich，且依据Bolnick等人论文的补充材料中的说明，对其2012年发表的原始数据集进行了修改。植物数据集（plantspn.csv）由Leonie Moyle提供。
