Trasncriptome analysis of intemediate cells of the stria vascularis in neonatal mice

We performed RNAseq on FACS-sorted cells of the lateral wall of the cochlea from neonatal mice. The goal was to identify singaling pathways acting during the differentiation of neural crest progenitors into intermediate cells of the stria. Overall design: Using Wnt1-CRE mice crossed to a YFP reporters, we generted mRNA profiles of neonatal intermediate cells of the stria vascularis and comopared them to mRNA profiles of YFP negative cells from the cochlea lateral wall
