Place Pulse is a crowdsourcing project that has built an online platform for individuals to rate the emotional perception of street view images, and it invites global internet volunteers to participate in the corresponding experiment. In the experiment, participants are asked to select the street view image they perceive as more safe, oppressive, vibrant, and so forth from two randomly provided street view images.
