Raw data for cell viability analysis of DENV-1 and DENV-2 infection in Chang liver cells

This dataset contains the raw cell counting data obtained from experiments investigating the effects of dengue virus serotype-1 (DENV-1) and serotype-2 (DENV-2) infection on Chang liver cells. Chang liver cells were infected with DENV-1 or DENV-2 at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 0.01 and monitored over a 7-day infection period. Cell viability was evaluated on Day-1, Day-3, and Day-7 post-infection by counting the number of living and dead cells using the Evans blue exclusion assay. Three biological replicates were performed for each treatment condition. The dataset includes the number of living cells, dead cells, and the calculated percentage of viable cells for control and virus-infected samples. These data were used to generate the cell viability graphs and perform statistical analysis in the associated manuscript. The dataset is provided as an Excel file containing two worksheets representing the DENV-1 and DENV-2 infection experiments.
