资源简介：
数据来源于我厅开展全省污染源自动监控工作中归集的企业污染物排放自行监测数据。包括企业名称、行政区划代码、排口名称、污染因子、监测时间、污染物排放浓度等数据资源，主要用于判断污染物达标排放和统计排放量。
This dataset is derived from self-monitoring data on enterprise pollutant discharges collected during the province-wide automatic pollution source monitoring initiative implemented by our department. It encompasses data assets including enterprise name, administrative division code, discharge outlet name, pollutant factor, monitoring time, and pollutant discharge concentration. It is primarily utilized to evaluate the compliance of pollutant discharges with relevant emission standards and to perform discharge volume statistics.
