Interview Outline for Haier's Oxygen-controlled Freshness Refrigerator Case Study (June - August 2023)

This dataset comprises the semistructured interview outline used in the study "The Process and Mechanism of User Demand-Driven High-End Disruptive Innovation: An Exploratory Case Study Based on Haier's Oxygen-controlled Freshness Refrigerator." It was developed based on disruptive innovation theory and preliminary findings from long-term follow-up research on the Haier Group, and was finalized after review by domain experts and optimization through pilot interviews. The outline consists of 8 sub-themes, corresponding to 8 types of interviewees, including the HOPE platform team, the refrigerator R&D department, and strategy leaders. Each sub-theme contains 10-15 open-ended questions, totaling approximately 100 questions. The outline was designed from May to June 2023 and is stored in Microsoft Word document format. It is suitable for business management researchers conducting case interviews or for internal project reviews by companies. Users can adjust it flexibly based on the actual context.
