Dataset used in publication "Assessing the potential of deep learning to distinguish wild and domesticated grapevine pollen". Review of Paleobotany and Palynology (under review). This repository contains pollen images from wild and domesticated grapevine individuals, scanned under light microscopy; the weights of the RESNET152 models trained under distinct designs, and saved after the best-performing training epoch; and the predictions on the test sets used for performance evaluation.
