AA2P-mediated DNA demethylation synergizes with stem cell agonists to promote expansion of stem cells via activation of GAS6/AXL signaling axis [scRNA-Seq]

To investigate the graft composition of SCACs expanded and non cultured CD34+ cells Overall design: CD34+ cells were cultured in respective conditions (X2A,X2B,C6) for 14 days and then FACS sorted for CD34+ populations followed by Sc-RNA sequencing. As a control, the matched non-cultured FACS sorted CD34+ cells were also subjected to Sc-RNA sequencing.
