Delivery of CRISPR tools into the CNS with Cas-RNPs has the potential to overcome current limitations of viral delivery. Here we utilize PacBio long-read sequencing to interrogate undesired AAV integrations following gene editing with AAV9-SauCas9-sgRNA after intraparenchymal injection into the striatum of Ai9 mice.
