Single-Cell Profiling Reveals a Treg-Rich, NK Cell-Depleted Immune Microenvironment in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer with High-Glucocorticoid Receptor Expression

These are raw and processed data from the publication "GR-High TNBC Orchestrates Treg-Centered, NK-Suppressed Spatial Niches, by Imaging Mass Cytometry". Sections from nine treatment-naive triple negative breast cancer core biopsies were examined with imaging mass cytometry. This record contains both raw and processed data in the form of MCD files and an RDS file containing a SingleCellExperiment object, respectively.
