Dataset for: Degradation of Macondo 252 oil by endophytic Pseudomonas putida

This dataset contains alkane degradation and total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH) data for bacteria exposed to different treatments. Pseudomonas putida, Bacillus pumilus, Pseudomonas putida, and Pseudomonas fulva were collected from Bay Jimmy, Louisiana, November-December, 2013. Bacteria were seeded at a concentration of 10^7 cells/mL in 25 mL of mineral salt medium with 1% crude oil in bacteria treatments.
