The Structure of Seawater Bacterial Community and Its Relationship with Environmental Factors in Laoshan Bay and Dingzi Bay

Based on high-throughput sequencing technology, this paper analyzes the bacterial community structure, temporal and spatial changes and their relationship with environmental factors in four seasonal voyage seawater samples collected from the Laoshan Bay and the Dingzi Bay, Qingdao, in order to systematically explore the characteristics of bacterial community structure in the Laoshan Bay and the Dingzi Bay waters and the impact of environmental factors on bacterial community.
