RNA-seq of mouse lung samples from Alginate oligosaccharides and/or busulfan treatment groups

The goat of this project is to exploreAlginate oligosaccharides (AOS) effect on the recovery of lung function. RNA-seq of lung samples from different groups: Con, busulfan(B), AOS, B+AOS. Overall design: RNA-seq of lung samples from different groups: Con, busulfan(B), AOS, B+AOS. . A0 means the treatment group is control (without any treatment). A10 means the animals were treated with Alginate oligosaccharides 10mg/kg for 5 weeks. B0 means the animal treated with busulfan at 40mg/kg once. BA10 means the animals were treated with busulfan once then dosed with Alginate oligosaccharides 10mg/kg for 5 weeks.
