Developed by Nanjing Medical University and other institutions, it mainly collects annotation information of human exonic circRNAs. As the first database summarizing protein-coding circular RNAs, its latest version contains more than 32,000 annotated exonic circRNA entries, providing an important resource for large-scale circRNA research.
