Nyvltova et al. ICP-MS Data

ICP-MS analysis of proteins immunoprecipitated with beads conjugated with FLAG antibody (anti-DYDDDDDK beads, Sigma), from mitochondrial extracts of wild-type HEK293T (negative control) and COX11-KO+COX11-FLAG, COX11-KO+COX11C219D-FLAG, COX11-KO+PET91-FLAG, COX11-KO+PET91C30+41D-FLAG, PET191-KO+PET191-FLAG and PET191-KO+PET191C30+41D-FLAG. 16mg of isolated mitochondria was used for each sample, for each analysis. Three independent repetitions were performed.
