资源简介:
Background. In obesity, an increase in circulating blood volume and activation of the sympathetic nervous system and the renin–angiotensin–aldosterone system lead to increased peripheral vascular resistance. In patients with stable exertional angina, these processes increase myocardial oxygen demand and aggravate impairment of coronary circulation.
