本成果通过制备特定形态超薄大片刨花做芯层实现产品轻质高强的目的，开发的轻质刨花板产品密度0.50 g/cm3，与普通家具型刨花板（0.64~0.72 g/cm3）相比，密度降低15%以上，同时物理力学性能满足GB/T4897-2015中干燥状态下使用的家具型刨花板要求，是满足市场环保、轻质需求的综合性能优良的家具用板材This work achieves the lightweight and high-strength performance of the product by fabricating ultrathin large wood flakes with specific morphology as the core layer. The developed lightweight particleboard has a density of 0.50 g/cm³, which is more than 15% lower than that of conventional furniture-grade particleboards (0.64–0.72 g/cm³). Meanwhile, its physical and mechanical properties meet the requirements for furniture-grade particleboards intended for dry-state use specified in GB/T 4897-2015. This is a furniture panel with excellent comprehensive properties that meets the market's demands for environmental friendliness and lightweightness.
